How do you charge for your cleaning services?
Our cleaning service fees are primarily based on the square footage of the property. This allows us to provide a fair and accurate estimate for the time and effort required to clean your space effectively.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept several convenient forms of payment, including cash, PayPal, and payments through Stripe. This flexibility ensures that you can choose the method that works best for you.
What happens if I'm not completely satisfied with the cleaning service?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not 100% satisfied with our cleaning service, we urge you to contact us immediately so we can work out a solution. While we have a no refund policy, we will always do our best to ensure you are happy and well-taken care of.
What are the requirements for your cleaning service?
To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process, we have a few specific requirements. These include providing us with clear access to the areas you want to be cleaned and securing any valuable or fragile items.
What should I know about scheduling or canceling my cleaning appointment?
We require at least 12-24 hours' notice to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that our cleaning teams can be prepared for their appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We completely understand emergencies happen! if you are unable to cancel your appointment the day or even night before, we ask for an absolute minimum of 2 hours' notice. However, if spontaneous cancelations become a pattern, services will be discontinued and fee(s) will be applied.
Are there any extra fees I might encounter?
Yes, there may be extra fees for specific situations. For example, any customer looking to have service done on Wellesley Island will incur a $10 service charge to cover the additional travel and resources required.
We require a 3% service fee if paying with debit or with credit card.
What happens if I make late payments?
Late payments will unfortunately result in the termination of services. We kindly request that all payments be made on time to ensure uninterrupted cleaning service.
What kind of behaviour is expected when the cleaners are present?
Rude or disrespectful behavior towards our cleaning staff will not be tolerated. We strive to provide a professional and respectful environment for our employees, and we expect the same courtesy from our customers.
