Initial/deep clean 

     Living Rooms/Dining Rooms:    

~Dust and clean ceiling, including light fixtures and ceiling fans and lamps.

~Clean and disinfect any dirty spots on walls.

~Dust any pictures or wall decorations. 

~Dust, and disinfect any furniture, including any shelves or any items on shelves. 

~Remove excess dirt and/or pet fur from any couches or chairs.    

~Dust under couches and any possible furniture. 

~Clean and disinfect light switches and outlets. 

~Vacuum and mop. 

    Bedrooms/Playrooms:   

~Dust and clean ceiling, including light fixtures and ceiling fans. 

~Dust and disinfect any nightstands or dressers including any items on top.

~Organization of any authorized and previously discussed areas if needed. 

~Dust headboards.

~Dust under any furniture, including under beds.  

~Make beds if needed.

~Vacuum and mop. 

     Kitchen:    

~Straighten up/organize if needed.

~Wash any dishes. (Fee applies if dishes to be cleaned total 10 or more.)

~Clean and disinfect oven, oven racks, stove stop, stove stop racks and burner tops (if applicable.)

~Clean and disinfect microwave. 

~Clean and disinfect dishwasher and sink.

~Clean and disinfect outside of fridge.

~Clean and disinfect outside of cabinets, counters and drawers.  

~organize any previously discussed areas (if applicable) 

~vacuum and mop.

      Bathrooms:     

~Straighten up if needed

~Dust ceiling. 

~Dust and disinfect light fixtures and fans.

~Clean and disinfect toilet.

clean and disinfect sink, tub and/or shower.  

~Clean and disinfect any surfaces. 

~Organize any areas previously discussed (if applicable)

~Vacuum and mop. 

    miscellaneous   

~Clean the insides of windows and any glass doors.

~Clean window trims. 

~Clean and disinfect light switches and outlets. 

~Shake out or vacuum runners and any area rugs. 

~Clean any stairs and stair handrails. 

~Any add on services (if previously discussed.) 

~Clean the floors and dust ceilings in entry ways.
